A BUS caught fire on a busy road in Knutsford.
Thankfully, no passengers were on board when the incident happened at around 7.45am on Wednesday, November 29.
Crews used two fire engines to hold traffic back on both sides of King Edward Road.

The wheels were removed and one hose reel jet was used to dampen down underneath the vehicle.
A thermal imaging camera was used to monitor the temperature of the bus.
One fire engine from Lymm and another from Altrincham dealt with the incident.
The cause of the fire has not been confirmed.
