The Italian Grand Prix began on the 1st of September with Lando Norris on pole and his teammate Oscar Piastri completing an all Mclaren front row.

George Russell and Charles Leclerc finished an exciting top 4 – all of which easily competing for the win on the day.

Piastri swiftly took the lead of the race on lap 1 battled extremely hard on a contrasting strategy to Leclerc which saw him and take top position and used an incredible stint on his tires to take it to the chequered flag with a sigh of relief for all watching.

In a season dominated by Max Verstappen and the Mclaren cars the beloved Ferrari car was not having much luck in terms of securing race victories.

That is more or less other than Leclerc and his team’s home races.

Leclerc broke his Monaco curse and took home the 1st place at his beloved home track and his teams 3rd victory of the season at their respective home track in Monza.

His Monza victory was won in dramatic fashion with the Australian Oscar Piastri chasing him down in the final laps but in the end Piastri just couldn’t catch him.

In conclusion the tifosi Ferrari fans had their hopes and dreams answered with a dream result in a somewhat difficult season by their respective standards.
