MOBBERLEY A are the early pace-setters in the Knutsford and District Amateur Snooker League.
They made it two wins out of two in Division One after beating Heald Green A 5-2, while defending champions Shaw Heath A also maintained their perfect start by defeating Tatton B by the same scoreline.
However, the big Division One winners were Tatton A as they thrashed Mere A 6-1 to join Mobberley and Shaw Heath on two wins out of two.
In Division Two, new teams Heald Green B and Shaw Heath B continued their strong starts with victories over Wilmslow Cons’ A and B teams – scorelines were 5-2 and 4-3 respectively.
Mobberley C opened up their campaign in solid fashion, defeating Tatton C 5-2.
