A KNUTSFORD man accused of committing a string of offences in the town has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
Reece Kinghorn, of Canute Place, has been charged with 11 offences, such as harassment, and theft of a PlayStation 5.
The charges he faces include two counts of harassment, one of assault causing actual bodily harm (ABH), four charges of criminal damage, one of burglary involving the theft of an item, one of racially aggravated harassment, and another of engaging in controlling behaviour.
The 27-year-old made a first appearance at Warrington Magistrates Court on Wednesday, November 6, where the case was sent to the crown court.
During the hearing, prosecutor James Gore told the court all of the alleged offences reportedly occurred between March 1 and November 11 this year.
Addressing the defendant, a district judge said: “This case cannot be dealt with in this court, so you are going to go to Chester Crown Court on December 11 for the next hearing.
"You are going to be remanded in custody until your next hearing in crown court."
