CAR owners have been urged to stay vigilant amid a spate of burglaries.
Police are investigating after two homes in Wilmslow were broken into earlier this week.
Both incidents saw several people enter the address before stealing the homeowner's cars.
PCSO Lisa Gamble said: “Unfortunately, there has been two burglaries, where a total of three cars have been stolen.
“This has occurred between November 2 to November 3 in the areas of Thorngrove Hill and Stockton Road.
“Please remain vigilant and report any suspicious people or vehicles, with as much detail as possible to 999 in an emergency or 101 non-emergency number.”
The first incident was reported to police at 10.59am on Sunday (November 3).
The caller reported that ‘several unknown people’ had entered an address on Thorgrove Hill.
After searching the property the group stole two cars, a black BMW X3 and a blue BMW X1.
Then, at 6am on Monday (November 4), police received a report of a similar incident on Stockton Road.
Again a group of unknown people entered the addres and conducted an ‘untidy search of the property’.
A Peugeot 208 was then stolen.
Anyone with information about either incident is asked to get in touch with the police by calling 101 or visiting the Cheshire Police website.
