A team of six highly qualified Pilates instructors showcased a selection of classes to mark the firm’s expansion.
The extra space means the team now offer various specialist dedicated sessions as well as 28 clinical Pilates matwork classes.
Knutsford mayor and mayoress Cllr Colin Banks and his wife, Christine supported the fundraiser.
Dozens of volunteers, including the mayoress, baked cakes and a raffle, supported by local businesses.
Altogether the open day raised £2,700 for mental health hub Stable Minds.
This non-for-profit organisation offers counselling and support groups.
Cllr Banks said: “Linda and the team have raised a fantastic amount.
“It’s tremendously important to recognise that sometimes in our life we need some help with what’s going on in our heads and we should be able to talk about it.
“Stable Minds is a tremendous organisation and I want to thank them for their work in Knutsford.”
Sadie Sherran, of Stable Minds, said: “It’s events like this that help us to get waiting times down to offer mental health sufferers a counsellor appointment inside two weeks.
“We are so grateful Fit4Life have raised so much money to help provide our services.”
The fundraising total was achieved through donations for classes on the day and a raffle.
The Pilates studio would like to thank all the Knutsford retailers, restaurants, therapists and beauticians for generously donating prizes.
