Hermitage Primary School in Holmes Chapel has received the Outstandingly Happy School Award and the Brilliant Schools Gold Award.
The awards acknowledge the school’s exceptional efforts in promoting happiness and wellbeing among its pupils.

Will Hussey, from the Art of Brilliance, presented the awards after reviewing the evidence.
He spoke to children and staff and heard about the work the school has done through an assembly presented by pupils.

The achievement celebrates the school's dedication to enhancing the overall wellbeing of its school community.

Headteacher Helen Ross expressed her pride in the school's achievements.
