A KNUTSFORD cocktail bar is to hold its second event to give back to hospitality workers after its debut was hailed a 'huge success'.
Last month, The Lost & Found held an Industry Night to welcome hospitality workers for an evening of live music and discounted drinks.
And after the Princess Street bar was packed out for its first event, a second night has been organised for 8.30pm on Monday, October 28.
Laura O'Brien, the sales and events manager at Lost & Found Knutsford, said: "For our first hospitality Industry event, it was a huge success.
"We welcomed people from Knutsford, Hale, Mobberley, Altringham and more to enjoy some live music and discounted drinks.
"The venue was packed and we even had some people wander in from the street and some who had seen the event advertised online and wanted to come down to support it.
"The event itself was such a labour of love for our staff as so many of them are talented in their own way.
"The management team gave our floor and bar staff the evening off too so that they could attend. It was really nice to see our staff get on board and to give them the opportunity to apply their skills to make the event a success."
Band The Monday Night Club were the live act in September and plans are in place for them to return to the bar in late December.
At the next event at the end of the month, DJ Gareth Evans, who in his 20-year career has played alongside Chase & Status, Annie Mac, and Rudimental, will be performing throughout the evening.
Gareth, who has featured at Ibiza clubs and iconic British venues and festivals, will be playing a mix of hip-hop, funk, soul, Motown, disco, pop through the decades, Latin, house, and garage.
Laura added: "We have been contacted by numerous musicians and DJs who would like to donate their time and expertise to support us and help to make this a monthly event for hospitality workers in the area.
"We are blown away by the generosity and I am confident now that we can really turn this into something special to give back to those who really deserve it.
"I would like to encourage any local up and coming bands or musicians to contact me to be considered to perform on our Industry Nights in the future."
Anyone with proof (payslip or an email) they work in hospitality can access a 10 per cent discount on drink during the event.
Laura said: "We would love to reiterate that although this event is predominantly for the hospitality industry, anybody is welcome to attend to enjoy the evening. The discount is applied for hospitality workers only."
