A CYCLIST has been seriously hurt in a crash.
Cheshire Police are appealing for witnesses following a crash in Handforth.
At 10.30am this morning (September 14), a blue Citroen C4 Grand Picasso was travelling along Wilmslow Road when it collided with a cyclist.
The woman riding the bike, who is in her 60s, was taken to hospital with ‘serious injuries’, police say.
It is understood Wilmslow Road is currently closed near to The Bulls Head.
Now, officers are asking anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage which may help the investigation to get in touch by calling 101 or visiting www.cheshire.police/tell-us/ and quoting IML 1918024.
