Saks Knutsford emerged as a standout due to their consistent and long-standing customer reviews through salonspy and Google.
Saks is known locally for its first-rate cutting, styling and colour services and this award is another seal of approval the team is very proud of.
The Minshull Street team has already been named a finalist in the Northern Hair and Beauty Awards for Hair Salon of the Year 2024 as well as being shortlisted in four other categories.
Salon manager Paula Wood said: “We are thrilled to be given this salonspy Award as it represents everything we strive for here at Saks Knutsford.
“We have a great team and we really appreciate customer feedback so we can continually improve.”
Paula’s award-winning team includes Estelle Smith, Kat Elliott, Lily Halliwell, Emma Smith, Roula Besiri, and Alexa Hill.
Adam Thomas, founder and chief executive officer of Salonspy, said: “The salonspy Awards are all about celebrating excellence and consistency within salons, and it is an honour to recognise businesses that embody these values.
“We are so proud to champion salon’s customer service based on the opinions that matter, your customers.
“Congratulations on being rated as some of the UK’s very best!”
Celebrating its eighth year, the salonspy Awards were created to hail the incredible customer service and experiences within UK salons.
The recognition of the award is a sign of consistent customer service, purely based on experiences from verified reviews only, that means no award submissions, nominations or social media presence.
Saks Knutsford has won a galaxy of awards since it opened in May, 2017.
