Free tastings and goody bags were handed out to customers as suppliers teamed up with the couple to launch the new venture.
Elaine said: “A big thank you to everyone who helped to make the opening of our new farm shop such a success.
“Thank you for supporting us and being such lovely customers.
“We source as much as we possibly can locally from small suppliers.
“Izzy Slack who grows her own veg and fruit and makes chutneys, jams and preserves is only half a mile away.
“Everyone else is in Cheshire.”
Artisan bakers Bradwell Bakery from Sandbach, Cheshire cheeses from Burts and Mobberley Ice Cream are among the local suppliers stocking the shop.
Elaine said: “A lot of our elderly customers like it as they can buy one mushroom, one courgette or a few carrots.
“We’re a community at the end of the day and want to support local businesses and individuals who produce exceptional goods.
“We are now offering freshly made scones to take home every day, using only the finest ingredients stocked from local suppliers.
“This is a true Cheshire scone!”
The farm shop is open Monday to Sunday, 10am to 4pm.
Morley Nurseries will be hosting a vintage and makers market on September 28 and 29.
