INSPIRATION to give your home and garden a makeover is being offered at a special event.
Knutsford At Home gives people the chance to meet design specialists and architect consultants.
Experts will be presenting talks and sharing tips and knowledge to prepare your home for autumn.

Home and interior businesses have teamed up with Knutsford Town Council to offer advice and information on Saturday, September 21.
Artist workshops, exclusive offers and the launch of new collections promise to make it an exciting and rewarding day.
Sandra Curties, town centre manager at Knutsford Town Council said: “We are proud to be working alongside our interior shops once again for our third Knutsford at Home.
“We’ve worked collaboratively to pull an event together that is your one-stop-shop for all things interiors and are very grateful to our sponsors Slater & Gordon for their support.
“Whether you are planning a full renovation or need those finishing touches, Knutsford at Home is the place to be.”
Sam Youd, former head gardener at Tatton Park, will be sharing his expertise.
He will draw upon his vast experience in horticulture to present a talk entitled ‘Plotting & Planning’ in the Secret Room at Lost & Found.
A workshop focussed on ‘Alcohol Ink Art’ will be held at Havwoods, a flooring shop on Regent Street.
This day long workshop, hosted by Louise Williamson from Big Canvas Art, will lead participants through the process to create stunning artwork.
At Holly Johnson Antiques decorative surface designer Diane Marsland will be demonstrating her techniques for hand painting chinoiserie silk.
On September 22, she will be co-hosting a taster silk painting workshop alongside Julie Hamer where participants can further explore these painting techniques themselves.
Julie Hamer, manager at Holly Johnston Antiques, said: ‘Knutsford at Home is a wonderful event that highlights the vibrant collection of interior shops and services in Knutsford.
“It’s a great opportunity to get inspired for your home through workshops and pop ups while enjoying the lovely atmosphere in the shops as you browse.
“We can’t wait to have surface designer Diane Marsland demonstrating her techniques throughout the day.
“On the Sunday, she will also co-host a silk painting workshop alongside myself, with my artist/interior design hat on, which is very exciting.”
Designer experts and architects will be available in shops throughout the town to advise and inspire people with their projects.
Many shops will also serve light refreshments for a relaxed shopping environment.

The event has been sponsored by the Knutsford Family Law office of Slater & Gordon.
