A POPULAR country pub is welcoming The Cheshire Cats.
The Smoker Inn on Chester Road, Plumley will be greeting around 30-40 vintage motorcycles from the 1920s to the 1990s on Sunday, August 4.
The bikers will be taking part in the 53rd Whitley Road Safety Run.
The event starts at Lower Whitley village hall at 11am and heads for lunch at The Smoker Inn at around 12 noon.
A spokesman for The Smoker Inn posted on social media: “Sundays are always our favourite day of the week but this Sunday is made all the more special as The Cheshire Cats join us.
“Join us from 12pm for one of our fab Sunday roasts and have a look at some of the fantastic bikes that will be on display.”
