A BUSINESS park in Knutsford has transformed work and leisure space, inspired by the surrounding countryside.

Bruntwood has refurbished Booths Park No.2 to improve health and wellbeing.

Situated in 220 acres of scenic parkland, Booths Park is designed to provide the perfect synergy between wellbeing and a positive work-life balance for its community of creative and innovation-led customers.

These refurbished spaces encourage integrated working and allow businesses and the community to come together.

Contemporary artwork and lighting are balanced with pale wood tones to create an airy, calm space.

Booths and breakout areas are centred around a new customer lounge, which includes soft seating and a modern open plan design.

Work space has also been renovated to a grade A specification.

Exposed services refurbishment, raised access floor, and stunning views over the countryside are among the new features.

A variety of spaces now include meeting rooms, coworking, serviced and leased offices as well as fully managed floor plates.

This allows customers to build a bespoke package of services including furniture, utilities and services such as cleaning and wifi.

Booths Park has already attracted a number of high-growth businesses and global brands to the region.

Barclaycard, construction and civil engineering company, Sir Robert McAlpine, technical professional services firm, Jacobs, and software security company, PortSwigger are among its clients.

Bruntwood has also invested in fitness facilities.

A new Peloton bike studio is now available alongside a range of Peloton fitness classes streamed in the neighbouring wellness suite.

The wellbeing hub provides showers and changing room facilities.

Running tracks and a Cycle Score-accredited bike hub complement the onsite food and drinks offered from local independent trader, Tatton Perk.

Sharon Johnson, Head of Commercial at Bruntwood, said: “Creating balanced workspaces is central to building an environment where people can experience a blend of work and wellbeing.

“No.2’s transformation embodies a need for more modern and integrated spaces focused on collaboration for people to come together and thrive.

“Continued investment in the local market has significantly increased demand for cutting-edge office space.

“It’s imperative that we consistently enhance our diverse portfolio so we can deliver high quality spaces and amenities where wellbeing meets work for our network of customers.

“We’re excited to showcase No.2’s brand new facilities and look forward to welcoming new customers to Booths Park and the wider Bruntwood community.”

Booths Park No.2’s transformation has been designed by the team at Bruntwood and was delivered by CubicWorks.
