This was Allostock Gooseberry Society's 126th show and the fourth one at the Dun Cow.
David Lake, of Allostock Gooseberry Show, said: “The show was presented outdoors and thankfully the weather held up.
“We had fewer berries to show this year due to a tardy start to good weather and lack of pollinators in spring.
“The show attracted a good crowd and all in all it was a very enjoyable afternoon.”
Peter Riley came second with the same berry weighing 23.22, gaining him the Les Palmer Goblet for Second Heaviest Premier Berry.
Martin de Kretser won the Heaviest Yellow Berry, an Edith Cavell weighing 22.00 and the Green Plate.
Peter Riley won the Heaviest Triplets with a Fascination berry weighing 20.18.
