A CAT trapped on roof a has been rescued by firefighters.
The animal got stuck on top of a building on Gravel Lane in Wilmslow shortly after 2.30pm on Sunday.
Crews had to use an aerial ladder platform to reach the cat.

A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “A cat was stuck on the roof of a building at a point where it was unsafe for firefighters to pitch ladders.
“The aerial ladder platform was requested to enable the cat to be rescued by firefighters with assistance from the RSPCA.”
One fire engine from Wilmslow and the aerial ladder platform and rope rescue unit from Lymm dealt with the incident.
