A WILMSLOW man is awaiting sentencing after admitting attacking a woman and two police officers.

Jordan Green, of Holly Road South, appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court on May 23 to be sentenced on four charges.

The 36-year-old had pleaded guilty at a hearing on April 24 to assault causing actual bodily harm, racially aggravated harassment and two counts of assaulting emergency workers.

The court heard the initial offences took place in Alder Way, Holmes Chapel on April 22. Green attacked a female police officer in the street before assaulting a male officer at the Middlewich Custody Suite later that day.

Green was remanded on conditional bail as magistrates adjourned the case for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
