A WILMSLOW company is one of the best small organisations to work for in the country.
Apprenticeship provider Partnership Training Limited has been included in The Times and Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work 2024.
The firm, based at Pentland House on Village Way, was praised for its focus on supporting employees’ wellbeing.
Director Sharon Saund said: “We're absolutely thrilled and bursting with pride that Partnership Training Limited has been honoured in the prestigious Times and Sunday Times – Best places to Work.
“This is solely for the incredible dedication and effort exhibited by our outstanding team.”
Ms Saund added: “At the core of our company ethos lies a deep commitment to people, where we prioritise every facet of an individual's well-being.
“Recognising that we spend a significant portion of our lives at work, we firmly believe in fostering an environment where work is not just a duty but a source of genuine enjoyment.
“Here at PTL, we embrace a familial approach, where hard work is balanced with moments of joy and celebration.
“We extend this warmth and inclusivity to our entire PTL family, inviting them to share in our journey and partake in commemorating milestones and events together with their children, partners etc.”
Partnership Training Limited was established in 2012 by two former registered care managers - Christine Cook and Ms Saund.
They offer apprenticeships in Adult Care as well as Children and Young Peoples Services, with the aim of encouraging knowledge, skills and behaviours relevant to the sector.
The Times named the firm as one of the top ten small organisations (10-49 employees) to work for.
This result is based on an overall engagement score determined by 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey.
“When staff join this national apprenticeship training provider, included in our top ten of small organisations, they have a Bitmoji made to represent them on the “PTL Family Tree” wall,” reads The Times’ website.
“Wellbeing Wednesdays at the company based in Wilmslow, Cheshire, include Woosah breathing sessions and a visit from a nail technician.
“Wellbeing ambassadors organise social events throughout the year, with meals and online family quizzes boosting camaraderie among the team of 24.”
