A RIOTOUS evening of laughter and farce is promised as a popular TV sitcom is revived on stage.
Knutsford Little Theatre presents the beloved comedy ‘Allo'Allo! starting on Thursday, May 16.
Set against the backdrop of World War II, the drama follows the misadventures of René Artois, the hapless proprietor of a café in occupied France.

Caught between the German army, the French resistance, and a slew of eccentric characters, René finds himself embroiled in a series of outlandish schemes and hilarious misunderstandings.
April Johnson, director of the production, said: "We're thrilled to bring 'Allo'Allo! to the stage at Knutsford Little Theatre.
"It's a beloved comedy that never fails to entertain, and our talented cast has been working tirelessly to bring these iconic characters to life."
Featuring an ensemble cast of local talent, including seasoned veterans and fresh faces alike, this comedy promises to be an unforgettable theatrical experience for audiences of all ages.
From the bumbling antics of officer Crabtree to the scheming machinations of Herr Flick, every scene is packed with side-splitting humour and memorable moments.
