The care includes six-monthly check-ups, hygiene visits, radiographs for accurate diagnosis as well as a 20 per cent discount on any necessary treatments.

The plans, provided by Practice Plan, also offer emergency cover.

Dr Greg Paysden, clinical director at Love the Dentist, said: "We have listened attentively to the feedback from our community and a recurring concern we've heard is the challenge of accessing affordable dental care.
