A PLOT of land in a 'highly coveted' part of Knutsford is going under the hammer.
The site on Cranford Avenue will be auctioned online on Monday, April 29.
The 100 square metre plot could accommodate a townhouse, subject to planning permission, and is being offered at a guide price of £7,500.

The land is being sold by Auction House on behalf of London based Asset Invest and is listed on Rightmove.
The company has created an artist’s impression of how a development on this site could look, subject to planning being approved by Cheshire East Council.
Fraser Karlsen, owner of the company, explained why the land is being sold.
He said: "Asset Invest own over 2,300 titles throughout the UK.
“When our consultants and surveyors get onto the respective title or file we decide the best process either retain or sell.
“As we mainly focus on the south of England, this large parcel may benefit the Knutsford owner occupier or investor better.
“An investor may wish to land bank such a size plot or development sought right away.
“The value and possibilities for a dwelling, subject to relevant planning permissions, would be a much-needed addition to the UK housing crisis.
“We wish the prospective purchaser well in the auction.”
