A HOUSEBUILDER is celebrating after a new development has completely sold out.

David Wilson Homes has announced that all the properties on their new Wilmslow development on Little Stanneylands have been snapped up.

Since launching its development, David Wilson Homes has integrated itself into the local community through many endeavours.

The house builder provided virtual yoga sessions for residents during the pandemic, contributions towards local cricket club Lindow Cricket Club and an Easter egg donation to Wythenshawe Foodbank.
