The location is close to Tatton Park and a short walk from the town centre.
Combining meticulous craftsmanship with architectural flair and luxurious touches, Bellway’s Artisan collection has been expertly designed both inside and out.
Properties feature spacious open-plan kitchen, dining room and family rooms, utility rooms, separate formal lounges and studies, integral garages and en suite facilities to the master bedroom.
Two, three and four bedroom homes have been designed in acres ofopen green space and mature landscaping that includes areas for wildlife, children’s play areas and a network of footpaths and cycleways.
All properties will benefit from an electric vehicle charging point and some properties will have solar panels.
The site will include 25 shared ownership and 46 rental homes in partnership with Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG).
With a phased handover, WCHG has accepted their 40th home.
Executive director of development Andrea Lowman said: “We are keen to develop homes nearby to Wythenshawe, as it enables us to provide future value for all WCHG customers.
“We have been able to bring Park Gate Village forward through our partnership with Cheshire East Council, Tatton Estates and Bellway Homes.
“Our customers moving in are delighted and we look forward to delivering the remaining homes on the scheme.”
Rental tenants must meet certain criteria to be eligible to move into the properties.
