Brothers Oliver and Dominic Heywood founded the company in 2015 to ‘safeguard and cherish’ Grade II listed venues in Cheshire.
The Courthouse, the former Knutsford Crown Court building, that was transformed in a cocktail bar, restaurant and boutique hotel closed.
The company’s other two businesses The Vicarage and The Bridge in Prestbury remain open.
The affairs, business and property of the company are being managed by joint adminstrators Gareth Prince, Mark Malone and Julian Pitts of Begbies Tryanor.
Originally, a vicarage, the main three storey property dates back to the 16th century and is Grade II listed.
Over the years, it has been extended with a modern bedroom block at the back, which provides most of the 23 bedrooms.
A detached two-storey Mill House has also been built and was due to be converted for long stay guests.
The hotel has a foyer with a fireplace and seating area which leads into the main bar.
A conservatory beside the bar can seat 45 guests and 80 standing.
The games room is a private dining room for up to 25 guests seated and up to 40 in a reception format.
The various areas can be adapted to host a variety of events from wedding receptions and ceremonies to banquets and private dining.
The Vicarage has a wedding licence and ceremonies are authorised to take place in the games room, the library, the main restaurant and the conservatory.
There are 23 bedrooms, including two superior suites and one larger executive room with a four poster bed.
A further four unfurnished rooms are currently not in use.
The property has approximately 40 car parking spaces.
A raised terrace with seating and a children’s play area provides additional space for customers outside.
This area is served by an external mobile bar.
The property is a popular coaching inn and hotel on the busy A50 between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel.
