A diverse range of pop ups, taster sessions and workshops were offered, from yoga and meditation to free hearing tests.
It was a chance for people to try something new without having to commit to payment and membership.
Local wellness professionals shared their expertise in a series of informal sessions.
Seven businesses showcased their services and chat to people at pop ups at Lost and Found.
Georgina Chase and Hannah Saxe represented Slater & Gordon Family Law, who sponsored the event.
Georgina said: “Supporting the Knutsford community is incredibly important to us.
“The week dedicated to self-care tips, therapy and workshops has shown how many fantastic providers there are in Knutsford to support physical and mental health and wellbeing”.
Clare Webb, from The Wellness Webb, said “It was a great reminder of being proactive about our health and wellness.
“With encouragement and support, we can help ourselves to live healthier and happier rather than putting up with problems.
“The week has been great for the different wellness practitioners to meet and share their skills and practices with each other.
“It’s great that we can support each other in this way”.
Alex Molloy, from The Mum Club Knutsford, hosted a ‘Mums on the mat’ yoga session.
Alex said: “We had a mum focused couple of hours incorporating a gentle practice to restore and relax whilst little ones busied themselves with the help of Cheshire Nannies.
“Great food from Detaljer gave the mums a chance to connect afterwards.
“It was a lovely way to start the day.”
Audiologist Roger Lewin, owner of Knutsford Hearing Centre, said: “Thank you to everyone who participated in the health and wellness week.
"We got a real sense that people responded to and appreciated the opportunity to access our service.
"Our hearing centre sustained interest from Monday morning right through till Friday evening.
"It was a thoroughly enjoyable week.”
Knutsford Town Council said the event was a ‘resounding success’.
Businesses supporting the wellness week included Just Drop In, Nancy Camp Yoga, Sian Winsdale Coaching, Roberta Beauty Redefined, Helen Jones Nutrition, Knutsford Hearing Centre, Run Talk Run, Detaljer and April's Kitchen.
