THIEVES stole a Porsche and a haul of expensive watches in an early morning burglary.

A green Porsche 911 was driven off from a property on Cumber Lane in Wilmslow between.

Jewellery, including expensive watches, were also taken.

Police were called to reports of a burglary at an address on Cumber Lane at around 6.30am on Thursday, December 28.

Unknown offenders had broken into the property through the front door and stolen a quantity of jewellery along with a green Porsche 911 which was parked on the driveway.

A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: “Officers attended the property and an investigation has been launched.

“Enquiries in relation to the in relation to the incident are ongoing and no arrests have been made at this time.”

The police are appealing for witnesses.
