Colourful vehicles decorated with lights and tinsel are due to arrive in Knutsford at around 3.15pm.
The event is being organised by Alex Richardson, who works for the NFU, boyfriend Will Venables and cousin Dan Richardson, both farmers.
Alex, chairman of Knutsford Young Farmers, said: “The response has been great. We should have more than 50 tractors.
“People of all ages are taking part.
“Families will be bringing children to sit on with them.
“The public just love it.”
The run starts at Alex’s home, Woods Tenament Farm in Plumley and ends at Will’s Holly Tree Farm, Lower Withington.
The cavalcade should be in Mobberley at approximately 3.30pm, Wilmslow 4.25pm, Goostrey at 5.20pm and Bidlea Dairy at around 5.30pm.
Timings are approximate.
Wellwishers have sent good luck messages.
One woman said: “Well done, hope it goes well.”
A man added: “Such a worthy cause, well done everyone in Knutsford Young Farmers.”
A prize will be awarded to the best decorated tractor.
East Cheshire Hospice provides essential care, support and compassion to local adults facing life limiting illnesses.
The charity relies on fundraising to pay for more than 80 per cent of their daily costs.
