A DRIVER crashed on the M56 after a set of ladders fell off the vehicle in front of them.
On Monday, August 7, a Ford Fiesta was involved in a collision after having to swerve to avoid ladders flying towards them.
The driver of the other car was reported for not securing their load, and miraculously there were no injuries reported, with North West Motorway Police saying the Fiesta took 'evasive action'.
The incident took place between junction 8 and junction 9 of the M56 in Lymm.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said: "At around 9am on Monday, August 7, police were called to reports of a collision on M56 between junction 8 and junction 9.
"Officers attended and found that a set of ladders had fallen from a car onto another.
"There were no reports of any serious injuries."
