The festival ended with a medley from more than 60 singers from Knutsford Rock Choir.
A traditional barbecue was served, alongside a chocolate fountain, Pimms, and cocktails from the home'svery own Tikki bar.
Lisa Burrows, general manager at Cranford Grange, said: “We were delighted to have welcomed the local community, friends and families to join in our music festival celebrations here at Cranford Grange.
“The festival was the perfect opportunity to get together with loved ones and enjoy a celebration of live music.
“Many residents at Cranford Grange have fond memories of attending festivals and watching live music in their younger years.
“This event encouraged them to look back and relive these happy times with their younger generations.”
The event was held to celebrate Care Home Open Week, a national initiative that encourages care hopes to showcase what life in a care home is like.
