FIRE crews are dealing with a 'significant' fire in the roof space of a home in Knutsford today, Sunday.
Four fire crews were called to Mereheath Park.
The fire is causing some disruption due to nearby road closures, including Garden Road and Mereheath Park.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Crews are dealing with a significant fire in the roof space of a dormer bungalow in central Knutsford.
"No injuries have been reported, but the fire is causing some disruption in the area with local road closures.
"Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus are using two hose reel jets and the aerial ladder platform to tackle the blaze.
"They are also removing roof tiles to reach the seat of the blaze. Please avoid the area if you can."
