Wilmslow families enjoy fun and games at coronation celebrations

Hundreds of families came together for a weekend of special events organised by Wilmslow Town Council in partnership with Wilmslow’s Way Better.

A big community get together was held in Bank Square on Sunday.

Crazy golf, crafts and funfair-style games kept little ones entertained.

Roads were closed to provide a safe space for families and friends to relax and enjoy the day.

Local community groups teamed up to support The Big Help Out on Monday.

A free event was hosted by Wilmslow Community Market Garden to give people the chance to plant potatoes and sow seeds.

Spiderman made a special appearance as welly wanging, worm charming, live music and games created a fun atmosphere.

Volunteers joined forces for a litter pick on The Carrs and nearby roads.
