A MAN who got behind the wheel while over the legal drug limit and uninsured has been banned from the roads.
Jake Grierson, of Delamere Road, Handforth, admitted drug driving when the case was heard at Crewe Magistrates Court on April 25.
The 26-year-old was driving a Volkswagen Golf on Pickmere Road in Wilmslow on December 21, last year, when he was stopped by the police.

A subsequent blood test recorded 200ug/L of Benzoylecgonine, an ingredient of cocaine, in his system.
The legal limit for this breakdown product is 50ug/L.
The test also revealed Grierson had 7ug/L of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, an ingredient of cannabis, in his blood. The limit for this breakdown product is 2ug/L.
The defendant had also pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle without third party insurance.
Magistrates banned Grierson from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years and endorsed his driving record.
Disqualification is obligatory for these drug driving offences, the court heard.
Grierson was also fined £345.
His guilty pleas were taken into account when the sentence was imposed.
