A KNUTSFORD business park has completed the second phase of a £33 million development.
Developer Chancerygate is celebrating the success of a 207,000 square foot scheme at Novus Business Park on Haig Road.
Located within Parkgate Industrial Estate, phase two comprises nine high specification grade A units totalling 73,000 sq ft.

Four of the properties have been pre-let or pre-sold ahead of practical completion to furniture company VIDA Living, trade retailer Screwfix and drilling tool distributor Alpen UK.
The first phase of Novus was successfully completed in April 2021 which delivered 134,000 square feet of urban logistics and industrial space.
Occupiers include car dealership Sytner Group, valve manufacturer Oliver Valves and French laundry business Elis.
Four other units were sold by Chancerygate to private equity firm Northwood Urban Logistics in December 2020.
Located a mile and a half from Knutsford town centre, the scheme provides easy access to transport links including junction 18 of the M6.
All the units at Novus feature electric vehicle charging points and are constructed from high-performance building materials to reduce CO2 emissions.
Chancerygate development director Chris Brown said: “Completing the second and final phase of development at Novus is a proud achievement.
“The diverse range of disposal deals concluded on the scheme shows Chancerygate’s strong entrepreneurial spirit and flexible approach to business.
“The development’s strategic location in an already established industrial area will enable businesses to be best placed to serve both Knutsford and the wider North West region.
“We have five small units remaining in phase two anchored by Screwfix and intend to hold these on our balance sheet as a long-term investment.”
Founded in 1995, Chancerygate is the UK’s largest urban logistics property developer and asset manager and the only one operating nationwide.
In addition to Warrington, Chancerygate has offices in London, Birmingham, Bristol and Milton Keynes.
The company currently has more than 3.2 million square feet of industrial space under construction or ready for development across 24 sites ranging from Bournemouth to Edinburgh.
Agents for Novus are Gerald Eve and Williams Sillitoe.
