The store will be run by Karthik Subraminian, who has worked as a manager for the leading franchised pizza delivery brand for three years.
Karthik, who is responsible for operations for 11 stores, said: “Our focus is on creating the highest quality, fresh pizza.
“It’s always cheesy, delicious and our fun, friendly service keeps customers coming back for more.
“The secret to our success is our team as no business can exist without great people. “We provide on and off-line training, plus an internal programme, inclusive for all team members which takes them all the way to management level if they choose.
“We encourage individuals to take ownership and responsibility, and this means everyone is motivated and working towards the same goal of delivering the best pizza in town.”
Amit Pancholi, director of business development at Papa Johns, said: “The new Wilmslow opening offers the chance for even more people to enjoy our ‘better pizza, better ingredients’ concept which means all our ingredients and dough are fresh - never frozen – which creates a better flavour.
“There isn’t a pizza that’s better than Papa Johns.
“It’s fun to share on any occasion and our menu means there is always something for everyone to enjoy.”
Papa Johns, which has 483 stores across the UK, is now expanding into holiday resorts, sports stadiums and leisure venues.
Amit said: “Papa Johns can add the perfect, fresh hot meal choice for holiday makers or those enjoying a day out at the match.
“This can be achieved through a full store or kiosk at sports stadiums, or one of our bespoke modular units designed for quick, easy installation at holiday parks for example.
“For venues, a Papa Johns franchised outlet can enhance the customer experience and add a new revenue stream at the same time, all with the backing of one of the most recognised pizza delivery brands in the world.”
Comprehensive training is available for anyone interested in running a multi-unit Papa Johns franchise.
The company is also keen to hear from holiday parks, leisure venues and sports stadiums wishing to serve the famous pizzas.
Amit said: “Incentives are on offer in addition to world-class support, comprehensive training and national marketing.
“As a franchisor, the company supplies all the assistance needed to get your successful Papa Johns up and running.”
