AWMTC was founded in 1948 as Alderley and Wilmslow Amateur Operatic Society and has produced more than 140 shows, in numerous venues around Alderley Edge and Wilmslow.
The society is staging a revue featuring 24 shows from 1948 to 2023.
This included South Pacific, Guys and Dolls, Half a Sixpence, Mary Poppins, Dear Evan Hanson, Matilda West, Mrs Doubtfire and many more.
The show runs from May 18 to May 20, with a family matinee at 2.30pm on Saturday, May 20.
For the first time ever, AWMTC will be performing at The Daneside Theatre in Congleton.
Due to the lack of suitable venues, and rising costs in the area of Alderley Edge and Wilmslow, the society has had to move to further afield.
They're disappointed not to be able to put on 75th show in their usual venues but hope that their loyal audience will support them.
The matinee is designed for families and those that need a more relaxed theatre experience.
The auditorium lights will be dimmed and the sound will be lower. The cast and crew expect more interaction from the audience and welcome those with additional needs.
