A DRIVER has been banned from the road after failing to provide a breath sample.
Daniel Burke, of Macclesfield Road, Wilmslow, pleaded not guilty when magistrates heard the case at Crewe Magistrates Court on March 16.
The 32-year-old was charged with failing to provide a breath sample at Middlewich Custody Suite on July 30, last year.

After listening to the evidence, magistrates found Burke guilty.
The defendant was given an interim disqualification from driving and remanded on unconditional bail.
The case has been adjourned until April 3 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
