NEW CCTV images have been released of a suspect wanted over an early morning woodland attack.

A vandal was caught on camera cutting wires to fencing in Toft in the early hours of Saturday, February 11.

The offender wearing a hooded top was with two dogs, that appear to be a Collie and a Dachshund.

The person can be seen cutting wires to wreck fencing near an entrance to Sandfield Wood.

The damage caused is estimated at £3,000.

Police investigating the incident are appealing for information and have confirmed that no-one has been arrested in connection with this incident.

A spokesman for Knutsford police posted on social media: “Police are investigating £3,000 worth of damage to fencing which occurred in Toft on February 11 at 00.13am.

“Can anyone identify who owns the two dogs who are with the person committing the damage to the fence.”
