A DEDICATED care home manager who leads a team of 120 staff has been shortlisted for a national award.
Lisa Burrows, general manager at Care UK’s Cranford Grange in Mobberley has made it to the final stage in the Women Achieving Greatness category in the Social Care Awards.
This accolade celebrates the achievements of female leaders from all corners of the care sector.

Lisa started her career studying nursing at Walsgrave Hospital, Coventry in 1986.
Passionate about providing high-quality care, Lisa joined Cranford Grange, formally Sunrise of Cranford, in November 2016.
Lisa said: “I’m thrilled to be nominated by my team and shortlisted for such a prestigious award.
“The care profession is a fantastic sector to be part of.
“I’m incredibly proud of my career.”
Lisa’s team cares for more than 100 residents.

The national awards celebrate and reward excellence and team effort in care homes across the UK.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony at The Hilton Bankside Hotel in London on November 30.
