A WOMAN has been banned from driving ‘due to repeat offending’.
Tayla Bone, of London Road, Alderley Edge, pleaded guilty at Chester Magistrates Court on August 24 to driving without third party insurance.
The 26-year-old was charged with driving a Mini on Warrington Road in Mere, Knutsford, on February 27 this year, without a policy being in force.
The defendant was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

Magistrates said the disqualification was obligatory ‘due to repeat offending’.
Bone was fined £80 and ordered to pay £110 costs and £34 victim surcharge.
The defendant’s guilty plea was taken into consideration when the sentence was imposed.
Magistrates gave her until September 21 to pay the £224 court penalty.
