AL fresco dining is returning to the streets of Knutsford in September.
It follows the success of the town’s first food and drink festival and previous outdoor eating evenings.
King Street will host the first al fresco on Friday, September 9, and Minshull Street and Princess Street on Saturday, September 10.
A list of venues is still being drawn up and will be announced shortly.
It is hoped the event will help boost trade in local restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars.
Princess Street and Minshull Street were filled with chat and laughter as families and friend enjoyed food and drink outside in the sunshine.

A similar al fresco evening on King Street had to be cancelled at the last minute due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’.
A spokesman for Knutsford Town Council said: “A number of businesses which were to participate were unable to take part, some due to staffing.
“This then raised costs which meant other business felt they couldn’t participate.”
The town council organises road closures, management and security on behalf of all the businesses, who then share the cost.
Eateries arrange their own outdoor table and chair suppliers.
The food and drink festival saw a selection of street food traders serve all sorts of meals from all over the world on Silk Mill car park.
Speciality dishes included Thai, pizza, southern barbecue and Mexican.
Warm cookies, churros, crepes, a selection of local beer, wine and cocktails were also available.
Local talented artists performed on a small stage as diners relaxed in a seating area.
A selection of food and drink stalls also set up a market inside St John’s Church on Church Hill.
Speciality bakes, cheeses, pies, meats, bottles wines and various other artisan products were on sale.
Visitors were able to try free samples.
Alex Brown, events officer at Knutsford Town Council, said: “It was fantastic to see so many people out in Knutsford enjoying amazing local food and drink in the sun.
“Huge thanks to everyone who came out to support our al fresco dining and our first Knutsford Food and Drink Festival.
“We’re looking at hosting another al fresco dining weekend in September and will confirm details soon.”
