A SPEEDING driver has avoided a ban to keep his job and home.
Raymond Dwolitka, of Station Road, Wilmslow, was caught on camera on August 19, last year, driving a Citroen Berlingo van on Princess Road in Manchester at 38mph.

The speed limit on the A5103 near Craigmore Avenue, is 30mph, signified by street lighting placed at less than 200 yard intervals, the court heard.
Magistrates decided not to impose a totting disqualification because of ‘mitigating circumstances’.
The court was told that a driving disqualification ‘would lead to loss of employment and therefore he could not pay his rent and would lose his accommodation’.
Dwolitka was fined £266 and ordered to pay £90 costs and £34 victim surcharge.
His driving licence was endorsed with three points.
Magistrates took his guilty plea into consideration when imposing the sentence.
The defendant was given until September 2 to pay the £390 court penalty.
