A DRIVER has avoided a ban to keep his fledgling business and care for his disabled parents.
Khan Gorgulu, of Wingfield Avenue, Wilmslow, pleaded guilty to dangerous driving at Manchester Magistrates Court on August 5.
The 21-year-old was stopped by Greater Manchester Police driving a Volkswagen Golf without due care and attention on the M56 westbound in Manchester on March 10, this year.
Magistrates accepted mitigation that losing his licence would cause exceptional hardship.

The court heard that Gorgulu was ‘self employed in a fledging business’ and needed to drive.
The defendant is ‘also responsible for the care of parents with physical impairments’.
The bench endorsed his driving licence with six points and he was fined £166 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £34 victim surcharge.
Magistrates took the defendant’s guilty pleas into account when imposing the sentence.
Gorgulu was given until September 2 to pay the £285 court penalty.
