A WOMAN has been hit with a £800 court bill for refusing to give police the name of a driver suspected of committing an offence.
Kerry Cheetham, 51, of Berry Close, Wilmslow, was found guilty of the offence at Mold Magistrates Court on June 27.
A North Wales police officer had asked for the name of the driver of a Land Rover in Prestatyn on February 2, this year.

The motorist was alleged to have been guilty of a road traffic offence in Preston, the court heard.
Cheetham was fined £660 and ordered to pay £90 costs and £66 victim surcharge.
Magistrates endorsed her licence with six points.
The defendant was given until July 25 to pay the £816 court bill.
