A PORSCHE driver who was three times over the legal alcohol limit has been banned from the road.
Jane Davis, of Chelford Road, Knutsford, admitted having 238 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood at Stockport Magistrates Court on May 30.
The legal limit is 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
The 52-year-old failed a blood test on March 17, this year, when she was driving a Porsche Macan sports car on Beggarmans Lane and Bexton Road in Knutsford.
Magistrates banned Davis from holding or obtaining a driving licence for two years and two months.
The disqualification can be reduced by 26 weeks if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State by November 11, 2023.
Davis was also given a community order and must complete a rehabilitation course by November 29, this year.
The defendant was fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £95 victim surcharge.
Magistrates took her guilty plea was taken into account when imposing the sentence.
Davis was given until June 27 to pay the £380 court penalty.
