FIREFIGHTERS and paramedics dealt with a cooker on fire in Wilmslow last night, Monday.
One fire engine from both Wilmslow and Cheadle attended Station Road, Handforth after 5.30pm.
The cooker on fire was extinguished with a hose reel.
Firefighters moved the cooker outside and the crews used a large fan to remove smoke from the property.
Also, two adjoining properties were checked for fire spread as a precaution.
Paramedics attended to help one person at the scene.
