LIVE music, daredevil stunts and supercars are just a small taste of what's on offer for families and petrolheads at a new festival coming to the county.

Later this year, the inaugural Cheshire Festival of Power will be taking place at the 50-acre Ashley Hall Showground in Ashley.

Over two days (August 27 and 28) a host of arena entertainment will thrill and enthrall visitors to the festival.

Bolddog Lings FMX Team - the UK's top freestyle motocross display team - will be headlining and promise to keep audiences on the edge of their seats with daring stunts, heart-stopping tricks and non-stop aerial action 35ft up.

The festival also boasts a stellar music line-up with two nights of live performances on the main stage.
