A CASH bonus of £750 is being offered to new recruits in an urgent bid to find more carers.
Compassionate Care Group says there is ‘a desperate need’ for carers to help patients return to their homes from hospital.
Knutsford resident Amanda Stoneham, who founded the company, said: “It’s worrying to see how many people are still stuck in hospital or back at home without any sort of care package.
“We’re urgently looking to assemble a local team of Knutsford-based community support workers.
“There’s an amazing community spirit in Knutsford and I know that as a town, we can pull together and tackle the problem head on.

“Whether you’re looking for a new job or fancy a change of career, care is a hugely rewarding sector and it’s a great opportunity to give something back to those in your areas who need support.
“This is your chance to be a local hero and get paid for it.”
The company is offering a welcome bonus of £750 to new staff, as well as a wage of £11.50 per hour, plus mileage and all the usual benefits.
Executive chairman Amanda said: “We’re keen to employ local people, with local knowledge and we pride ourselves on paying our staff well and looking out for their best interests.
“If you’re stuck in traffic for an hour in between jobs, we’ll make sure that you’re paid for your time.”
Carers are being sought from Knutsford, Mobberley, Ashley, Peover and Plumley.
The company has grown significantly since it was founded in 2010 and now employs 116 carers and 33 office staff.
The team is keen to expand further.
Amanda said: “We pride ourselves on delivering the quality of service that both our clients and their families deserve.
“It’s so important that family members have peace of mind and can relax, safe in the knowledge that their loved ones are receiving the best care possible.
“Our rapidly expanding team is fully dedicated to the around-the-clock coordination of the physical, mental and emotional needs of all of our clients, and our greatest reward is delivering the highest quality care with the utmost compassion to those who need it most.”
