AN antiques specialist has sold unique items to celebrity clients including Oprah Winfrey, Woody Allen and David and Victoria Beckham.
Knutsford-based Holly Johnson Antiques recently expanded their team, appointing Felicity Wood as an antiques and interior design assistant.
The Manchester Metropolitan University fine art and art history graduate is currently studying interior design at the British Academy of Interior Design.
"This is a fantastic opportunity for me to pursue my passion and put my learning into practice, " said Felicity.
“It’s a privilege to have joined the team and I’m very much looking forward to getting involved in a number of exciting interior design projects."
Felicity will be supporting the day to day running of the two-storey showroom in St Ann's House on Market Place, off King Street, as well as working closely with the interior design department.
Founder Holly Johnson trained at Christies and developed her career at Bonhams and Phillips before working with David Dickinson, showing 19th century exhibition furniture.
Holly said: "Holly said: “My love of antiques and interiors led me to set up my own business in 1996, and my husband Ben Aardewerk joined me in the business in 2010.

“Ben is the fourth generation in a long line of highly-regarded antique dealers based in The Hague.
“We have exhibited at major London fairs as well as international shows. For two years, we ran a retail outlet at the New York Design Centre.
“We have a great passion for beautiful, well-made things and searching them out for clients, and love nothing more than to assist people in choosing these special items for their homes.
"We are delighted to welcome Felicity, very timely given that we are experiencing an uplift in large scale interior design projects.
“With her experience in art history and keen interest in interior design, we have no doubt that she will be a huge asset to the team.”

Holly and Ben have worked with celebrity clients including Oprah Winfrey, film director Woody Allen, Janet Jackson, chef and hotelier Marco Pierre White and David and Victoria Beckham.
The business has supplied leading international interior designers over the years, shipping items over to many luxury homes across America.
Their specialist team also supplies many London based designers for private and hotel projects.
