TRAIN services across the whole Northern network have been cancelled, delayed or suspended.
Storm Franklin has caused extensive damage to train lines due to high winds and heavy rain.
Some tracks are still blocked by trees caused by Storm Eunice and Dudley.
Passengers are advised not to travel.
