THE Transformers are coming to meet children for half-term.
Optimus Prime and Bumblebee will be roaming round the streets of Wilmslow posing for pictures with youngsters.
A free fun-filled tech based family event is also being held at the same time in Wilmslow Library from 10am to 3pm on Tuesday, February 22.
Budding young scientists, engineers and coders of the future will be inspired by a range of challenges.
Families can find out how to code a robot to race round a track.
Children can use Lego build and code robots, including fairground rides, vehicles and a self-driving car.
The hands-on activities provided by Creative Hut include a chance to design and engineer a freewheeling racer to get the fastest time down a ramp.
For creative youngsters who enjoy challenges and craft work, there will be an opportunity to have a go at 3D printing to make art and decorations.
The half term fun is being organised by Wilmslow's Way Better in partnership with Wilmslow Town Council.
